摘　　要：介绍了智能马达控制器SMC的功能、特性,建立了基于DeviceNet网络的电机智能控制系统,实现了三相异步电机的起动、运行控制。用RSView32软件设计了人机界面,实现了电机起动和运行数据的实时在线监测,验证了SMC Dialog Plus的智能控制功能。Introduction was made to the main functions and characteristics of smart motor controllers （SMC）. A smart motor control system based on DeviceNet was established, realizing three-phase asynchronous motor＇s start and operation control. The human-machine interface was designed with RSView32. The system realized the operation control and real-time observation of experimental data and waveforms on three-phase asynchronous motor. The smart control function of SMC Dialog Plus has been verified.
