摘  要:目的:探讨高血尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与糖尿病微血管病变的关系。方法:检测并比较23例无并发症糖尿病患者及25例并发微血管病变的患者血清中的尿酸、hs-CRP的水平。结果:糖尿病并发微血管病变者血清中尿酸、hs-CRP水平显著高于无并发症糖尿病患者(P<0.01),尿酸与hs-CRP水平呈正相关。结论:高水平的血尿酸和hs-CRP参与了糖尿病微血管病变的发生,并可能存在协同作用。Objective:To study the correlation between serum high uric acid (UA) ,high sensitive C reactive protein (hs - CRP) and microangiopathy in diabetic patients. Methods: UA and hs - CRP of 23 diabetic patients without complication and 25 diabetic patients with microangiopathy were detected, respectively. Results:The levels of UA and hs - CRP of diabetic patients with microangiopathy were higher than those of diabetic patients without complication (P 〈0.01 ). There was a positive correlation between the level of UA and hs - CRP. Conclusion:The high level of serum UA and hs - CRP may participate in the development of diabetes microangiopathy and there is a synergistic effect between them on the process.
