摘 要:采用PP system公司生产的CIRAS-1光合作用仪,研究了自然条件在阜康地区1年生苏丹草光合日变化规律。结果表明,在夏季晴天条件下,苏丹草光合速率(Pn)日变化呈波动曲线,苏丹草光合速率最大值出现在11:00为30.88μmolCO2/(m^2·s),最小值在21:00为-0.417μmolCO2/(m^2·s)。苏丹草的光合“午休”现象发生在13:00~16:00,光合速率和光合有效辐射不同步。同时还发现,随着气孔导度的升高,光合速率也随之升高;当蒸腾速率高于6.25μmol/(m^2·s),植物开始进入“午休”,光合速率不再增加;胞间CO2浓度和空气湿度也是影响光合速率的主要因素。采用相关分析方法得出光合速率和蒸腾速率与胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度、空气湿度、气温、光照有效辐射等生理生态因子间的相关关系,并建立了相应的影响因子方程。In Fukang, using CIRAS-1 photosynthesis instrument produced by PP system Company, the daily change curve of the photosynthesis of Sorghum sudanense was studied. The results showed that in the summer sunny conditions, the Pn daily change of Sor ghum sudanense tends to undulation curve. The maximum value of Sudan grass Pn is 30.88 μmol CO2/(m^2 · s) at 11:00,and the minimum value of Sudan grass Pn is -0. 417 μmol CO2/(m^2 · s) at 21:00. The phenomenon of Pn noon break of the Sorghum sudanense is seen at 13:00-16:00,and the photosynthetic rate and photosynthetic efficience radiation do not occur at the same time. Furthermore, with stomatal conductance rising,the Pn rises too. When the tran- spiration rate is higher than 6.25 μmol/(m^2 · s) ,the plant begins to enter into noon break and the Pn stops to increase. Intercellular CO2 concentration and air humidity are both the main factor that influences the Pn. The results showed the relationship between ecological and physiological factors such as photosynthesis rate and transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance,air humidity,temperature,light effective radiation,the corresponding impact factor equation also are obtained by a related analysis method.
