摘  要:文章在分析国内外钻井控制室现状及发展趋势基础上,采用人因工程学相关标准为准则,对我国在研第六代深水半潜式钻井平台钻井控制室进行设计。在对控制室设计目标,平台作业工艺,操作人员任务分析基础上,对控制室总体布局,控制台操控、显示,控制椅设计等进行详细分析和设计,并进行三维建模和仿真分析,实现作业群体作业相互协调。控制台设计采用三级控制显示模式,即以LCD显示为主,触摸屏控制模式和多功能控制椅传统操控手柄相结合方式,达到高效操控目标,有效协调基于流程自动控制和手动控制有机结合,改变过去控制室设计基于设备功能集成方式。As driller cabin is the core control component and the 6th semi -submersible drilling platforms adopts new auto equipment, such as dual rigs and auto pipehanding system, control system is so automatic that traditional design of driller cabin the can not meet the trend. The paper analyses driller cabin' s actuality and development trend, and applies ISO11064- ergonomic design of control centres and others ergonomics principles to be the basis criteria. The driller cabin is designed in detail, three - dimensional modeled and simulated to carry out colony work based on analysis of drilling process and operator role, which include the driller cabin' s aim and layout, console' s display and control, operator chair' s command. Third class control pattern are used in the course of consoles' design, that is: LCD--type of show, touch screen--type of main control, multifunetional chair---traditional type of manual control, which can carry out inteqration between process - based control to manual operation to change equipment function -based integration in the past.
