大型水轮发电机环氧粉云母绝缘的老化诊断和寿命预测

摘　　要：根据运行２５年以上的大型水轮发电机的大量试验数据，证明了哈电生产的环氧粉云母绝缘在长期运行时具有良好的耐老化性能，总结出了环氧粉云母绝缘定子线圈的老化规律，制定了老化诊断判据。还就Ｄ－图法在该绝缘中的应用进行了讨论。为及时更换电机中劣化的线圈提供了依据。It is proved that the epoxy-mica paper insulation produce by HEC behaves excellently in long-term operations. Methods to . diagnose and estimate the remaining life of the epoxy-mica paper insulation on HV hydrogenerators are produced from large number of test data. The use of D- map method to this insulation is also discussed. This article offers criteria to replace in time the bad coils.
