摘 要:研究了8,12和16 h不同的光照时间对秋眠型紫花苜蓿品种Vernal的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。结果表明:Vernal的SOD和POD的活性呈现出8 h光照最高,12 h次之,16 h最低的趋势;同一光周期条件下,SOD、POD的活性随着生长期的延长而升高,说明SOD、POD的活性与光周期有关,短日照可提高SOD、POD的活性,增强其抗逆性。The experiments were conducted to explore the effects of three different photoperiods (8 h, short day; 12 h, middle day; 16 h, long day) on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities in fall dormancy alfalfa. The results showed that the SOD and POD activities were the highest under 8 h day-length, followed by 12 h day-length and 16 h day-length. Under the same day-length, SOD and POD activities increased with the elongation of growth period. It showed that a significant relationship between SOD and POD activities and photoperiod, and short day photoperiod could improve the activities of SOD and POD.
