摘　　要：在微处理器、NAND闪存、DRAM等半导体领域内.各行业的领先者和其它公司之间的差距正在逐渐拉大。在金融危机的影响下,市场需求的减少和投资负担的增加更加剧了各企业之间的竞争。很多半导体厂商都在寻找能够获得发展的新方法。与传统的追求微细化工艺的方法不同.新的方法包括:采用目前尚未实用的新材料来提升性能.进入全新领域以带给IC新的附加价值.及利用独特的业务模式从行业中脱颖而出等。In a number of advanced semiconductor fields,including microprocessors,NAND flash memory and DRAM,the difference in competitiveness between the industry leader and rest of the pack is growing.As the global financial crisis leads to shrinking demand and surging capital loads, competition based on corporate resources is intensifying. In this situation,companies throughout the semiconductor industry are launching new programs,essentially making entirely new starts.Instead of extensions of existing technology,such as moving to smaller design rules,they are adapting new materials for use in semiconductors to achieve dramatically higher performance,fundamentally reviewing semiconductor usage to pioneer monopoly markets,and stand out from the crowd by developing unique business methods.
