摘　　要：近年,我国私家车的拥有量在快速增加,导致小区里停车位日趋紧张,停车难使物业管理企业与业主的矛盾频发,使业主间邻里关系紧张。本文通过分析停车纠纷现状及其原因,提出了一种解决车位紧张问题的利益平衡机制,以此寻求有效缓解因车位紧张而引起的各种纠纷的对策。The number of private cars grows rapidly in modern society, whereas parking space is limited in residential area, which deepens the contradictions between estate-management- corporation and proprietors, and the neighborhood grows inharmonious. By analyzing the present situation and reasons for parking disputes, this paper mainly designs the mechanism of balance of interest for settling parking space lacking, therefore, to look for the way to solve the problems which caused by lack of parking space.
