完善西部欠发达地区招商引资法制环境建设研究——以毕节地区为例

摘　　要：随着西部大开发的不断深入开展,西部欠发达地区不少地方政府把招商引资作为加快当地经济发展的主要推动力,在有效推进地方经济迅猛发展的同时,也导致一些不容忽视的问题出现,对招商引资地区法制环境建设的关注引起了越来越多投资者的高度重视。针对当前西部欠发达地区招商引资法制环境建设滞后的实际情况,应从进一步增强法制观念、规范执法行为、健全配套法规、强化监督机制、严格法律责任等方面完善西部欠发达地区招商引资的法制环境建设。Along with the western development drive thorough development, many local governments speed up the attracting investments achievement the local economic development the prime motors in the western backward developing area, while effective advancement local economy rapid development, it had the problem which cannot neglect. The attracting investments area legal environment construction caused more and more investors to take seriously. Facing the present backwardness actual situation of attracting investments legal environment construction in the western backward developing area, We must further improve the legal environment construction of the attracting investments from enhancement aspects and so on concept of law, standard law enforcement behavior, perfect necessary laws and regulations, strengthening supervising mechanism, strict legal liability in the western backward developing area
