发展森林资源综合利用在我国大有可为

摘　　要：本文从5个方面阐述了发展森林资源综合利用的益处:弥补我国森林资源之不足;有利于发挥我国纤维板和刨花板业的比较优势;支撑家具和建筑装饰装修业的发展;增加农民就业机会,提高农民收入;促进人工林快速发展,保护了天然林资源。建议政府有关部门依照即将实施的《循环经济促进法》,继续鼓励森林资源综合利用,促进我国森林资源综合利用事业又好又快地健康发展。The paper discussed five advantages for promoting the comprehensive utilization of forest resources, namely relieving the shortage of forest resources in China; promoting the comparative advantage of China ′s fiberboard and particleboard industry; supporting the furniture industry and construction and decoration industry; increasing employment rate and living standard in rural area; and developing plantations and protecting natural forests. The suggestions were proposed to related government departments that administration departments in charge should continue to encourage the comprehensive utilization of forest resources according to the Law of the People＇s Repubfic of China on Promoting Recycfing Economy to promote the fast and healthy development of comprehensive utilization of forest resources in China.
