调糖饮对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂、血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药复方调糖饮治疗2型糖尿病的机理。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备高血糖大鼠模型,造模成功大鼠随机分为4组,加上正常组,共5组灌胃,调糖饮治疗组以10mL.kg-1.d-1给药,二甲双胍治疗组按120mg.kg-1.d-1给药,辛伐他汀治疗组按4mg.kg-.1d-1给药,糖尿病对照组和正常对照组予以10mL.kg-.1d-1蒸馏水,给药4周后观察对糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、血脂和血液流变等指标的影响。结果:中药复方调糖饮能明显降低高血糖模型大鼠的血糖、血脂和各项血液流变性指标。结论:中药复方调糖饮对糖尿病有一定的治疗作用,其改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗可能是其防治糖尿病的机理之一。Objective： To investigate the effect of Tiaotangyin on FBG and TG hemorrheology of ball conjunctiva in type 2 experimental daiabetic rats. Methods： Eight-week-old fat-fed STZ-treated rats as animal model of type 2 diabetic mellitus（T2DM）, were divided into 4 groups randomly, adding into a normal group, totally 5 groups： normal group; model group; TTY treated group; Metformin Hydrochloride treated group; Simvastatin treated group. After 8 weeks,the blood was collected to measure the levels of fasting blood glucose,fasting triglyceride,fasting hemorheology. Resuhs：Tiaotangyin could decrease FBG and TG remarkably in experimental rats,and improved the insulin resistance and the hemorrheology of T2DM.Conclusion：Compound Tiaotangyin has a certain therapeutic effect for diabetic mellitus, that improving insulin resistance of T2DM may be one of its mechanisms to prevent and treat diabetic mellitus.
