摘  要:目的:优选复方脑得生中总黄酮的提取工艺条件。方法:以总黄酮、葛根素及羟基红花黄色素A提取量为考察指标,用比色法测定总黄酮含量、高效液相色谱法测定葛根素及羟基红花黄色素A含量,以乙醇用量、乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,选用L9(34)表进行正交实验。结果:优选提取工艺为,70%乙醇,提取3次,提取时间(用量)为第一次2 h(10倍)、第二次1 h(8倍)、第三次1 h(6倍)。结论:优选工艺提取的黄酮类成分含量高,工艺简单,适宜工业化生产。Objective:To confirm the optimum extraction of the total flavonoids s from Naodesheng. Methods:The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting condition.Total flavonoids determined by colorimetr and puerarin and hydroxysafflor yellow A determined by HPLC were taken as the evaluating markers.The effects of different extraction methods on the extraction efficiency of the flavonoids were investigated. Results:The optimum extraction conditions were refluxed with 10,8,6 times amount of 70% alcohol and for 3 times(2 h,1 h,1 h). Conclusion:The contents of the flavonoids obtained were high by the optimum extraction conditions .The technique is simple and adapts for production.
