摘 要:提出用立方氮化硼(CBN)砂轮代替传统的白刚玉砂轮磨削薄壁球轴承内圈滚道的方法,确定了砂轮的特性,对CBN砂轮的修整方式和修整比进行深入的研究并设计了砂轮的修整装置。使用情况表明,薄壁球轴承内圈滚道的磨削精度和表面质量明显提高,滚道圆度误差值由3μm稳定降低到2μm范围内,表面粗糙度由Ra0.4μm降低至Ra0.2μm,尺寸一致性好,无烧伤现象;生产率比白刚玉磨削提高40倍以上,且砂轮耐用度提高50倍以上。A method of grinding the inner ring raceway of the thin-walled ball bearing with CBN grinding wheel replacing Al2O3 grinding wheel is introduced, and the desired properties of CBN grinding wheel was determined. The method and the velocity rate of CBN wheel's dressing were deeply studied and a set of equipment dresser for it was designed. Its application showed that, both the grinding precision and surface quality of the inner raceway of the thin-walled ball bearing have been improved obviously, the roundness is promoted from 3μm to 2μm steadily,the roughness Ra is reduced from 0. 4μm to 0.2μm,the variation of dimension is little, and no phenomenon of grinding burn is found. Extending the life span of the grinding wheel more than 50 times, while the productivity has been increased by 40 times.
