摘 要:针对Agent组织形成和演化机制研究以自利型Agent为主的现状,提出一种面向结构的非自利型组织形成和演化机制。引入了个体最大消耗的约束条件和基于组织的效用机制,构造了迭代式分布求解的组织形成、调整、复用、优化机制,并在此基础上探讨了组织的演化。与自利型组织形成和演化机制相比,这种机制适用于政府和军事领域,保证了个体与组织思维状态的统一,有利于增强组织的稳定性、提高求解效率和组织的复用性。Current researches on mechanisms in which Agent forms and evolves are mainly focused on the self-benefiting agent. A structure-oriented mechanism of altruistic agent organizational formation and its evolution are proposed. The condition of maximum individual consuming limitation and an organization-based utility mechanism are introduced into this mechanism. A distributed iterative solving mechanism including organization forming, adjustment, reusing and optimization is built. Based on this mechanism, the organization evolves are also discussed in this research. This mechanism is suitable to governments or military domain. Compared to the mechanism of selfish-agent-based organization, this mechanism ensures the consistency of mental state between individual and organization, and more likely to improve the stability, the efficiency of computation and the reusability of the organization.
