摘 要:研究了喷丸强化对TC4-DT钛合金材料组织的强化效果;采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜分析材料喷丸强化层。分析研究了喷丸强化处理前后的显微硬度和表面粗糙度。结果表明,随喷丸强度增大,材料表面塑性变形程度增大,喷丸强化表层有大量高密度位错和变形带;硬度和粗糙度都随喷丸强度的增加而增大。The characterization of structure strengthening of different shot peening process for TC4-DT titanium alloys was studied. The surface layer of shot peening strengthening was analyzed with OM, SEM and TEM. The microhardness and surface roughness of specimens before and after shot peening was studied and analysed. The results show that the plastic deformation of material increases with the shot peening intensity increasing. High density dislocation and deformation band in material surface layer is produced by shot peening treatment. The microhardness and surface roughness increase with the shot peening intensity increase.
