摘  要:采用CHR172堆焊焊条,通过电弧焊工艺在45钢上进行堆焊试验。采用不同的热处理温度对试样进行回火热处理,分析和讨论了热处理温度对熔敷金属显微组织和显微硬度的影响。结果表明:回火温度不仅对熔敷金属的显微组织有影响,而且对硬质相的类型、性能及分布等也有影响;在400℃×2 h时熔敷金属组织主要是马氏体和残余奥氏体,在550℃×2 h、700℃×2 h时出现了回火马氏体和M-A组元;由于母材稀释的影响和熔敷金属组织中的合金碳化物析出,熔敷金属的硬度随回火温度的升高而降低。The surface welding on 45 steel substrate was carried out by shield metal arc welding process using electrode CHR172. The different tempering temperature was used on the sample, the influences of heat treatment temperature on microstructure and micro-hardness of deposited metal were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the tempering temperature of welding metals affects the microstructure, the hard phase types, performance and distribution of deposited metal. The chief microstructure of deposited metal is martensite and residual anstenite at 400 ℃ ×2 h tempering treatment, the tempered martensite and M-A component appear at 550 ℃ ×2 h and 700 ℃ ×2 h, respectively. Because of the influence of dilution of base metal and carbide precipitation of deposited metal, the hardness of deposited metal decreases with the increase of the tempering temperature.
