摘　　要：目的:观察中等强度跑台运动对去卵巢大鼠体重、腹腔内脂肪重量以及血清瘦素和脂联素含量的影响。方法:3月龄雌性SD大鼠,按体重随机分为假手术、去卵巢和去卵巢运动3个组。去卵巢运动组大鼠每天进行60min、18m/min、无坡度的跑台训练,每周6次,共12周。实验结束后,称体重和腹腔内脂肪重量;放射免疫法检测血清雌二醇(E2)含量、酶联免疫法检测血清脂联素和瘦素含量。结果:去卵巢组体重、腹腔内脂肪绝对重量、腹腔内脂肪相对重量、血清瘦素含量均显著高于假手术组,而血清脂联素含量则显著低于假手术组;12周跑台运动后,去卵巢运动组体重、腹腔内脂肪绝对重量、腹腔内脂肪相对重量、血清瘦素含量均显著低于去卵巢组,但两组脂联素含量无显著性差异。结论:中等强度跑台运动能抑制去卵巢大鼠体重、腹腔内脂肪重量以及血清瘦素含量的增加。Objective To study the effects of treadmill exercise on body weight, intra-abdominal fat, serum leptin, and adiponectin levels in ovariectomized rats. Methods Three-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were ran-domly divided into three groups： sham operation, ovariectomized（OVX） and treadmill exercise prevention group. The exercise group undertook a 12 weeks treadmill program （18m/min, 60min/day）. The body weight were measured before and after the experiment. At the last day of the experiment, all the animals were killed and blood was collected for serum testing, the intra-abdominal fats were separated for weighting. Estrodiol （E2）, leptin and adiponectin levels were tested by RIA or ELISA. Results Compared with the sham group, body weight, accumulation of intra-abdominal fat, and serum leptin levels increased markedly in OVX group, while serum E2 and adiponectin levels decreased greatly. After twelve-week exercise, body weight, intra-abdominal fat as well as serum leptin level decreased signifi-cantly in exercise group compared with OVX group, but the levels of serum adiponectin remained unchanged. Conclusion Treadmill exercise treatment could inhibit the increase of the body weight,, intra-abdominal fat, and serum leptin levels in ovariectomized rats.
