摘  要:本文对铝电解槽热平衡进行了理论分析,通过测定添加一定量的氟化铝后铝电解槽的分子比、过热度和槽帮厚度等数据,揭示了分子比与热平衡的关系,讨论了热平衡与分子比的控制方法,提出了对热平衡控制策略进行改进的思路。In this text the heat balance of al-smelting pot is theoretically analyzed first, then technical data such as pot molecular ratio, overheat and pot wall thickness etc. are measured and taken after certain amount of alminium fluoride is added so as to show the relationship between molecular ratio and heat balance. Based on full consideration of the methods to control heat balance and molecular ratio, the paper puts forward a concept to improve the strategy of heat balance control.
