摘  要:针对丹霞冶炼厂原有湿法炼锌净化工艺新液的钴离子含量较低,不能满足技改工程氧压浸出电解对杂质钴离子含量要求的情况,通过模拟试验新工艺一净后液钴离子含量,用正交试验方法考察了锌粉、铜离子、锑白加入量对除钴率的影响。结果表明:当锌粉用量为2 g/L、铜离子用量为5 mg/L、锑白用量为2.5 mg/L时,除钴率的S/N比值最佳,且钴的复溶率最低。The fresh solution from the previous purification process of zinc hydrometallurgy in Danxia Smelting Plant contains a relatively high content of impurity cobalt ions, so it cannot meet the requirement for the cobalt content for the electrolysis process after zinc pressure leaching. Therefore,the cobalt ion content in the purified solution from the new process is simulated. The effects of dosage of the zinc powder,copper sulfate and antimony white on the cobalt removal are investigated by orthogonal tests. The results show that when the consumption of zinc powder, copper sulfate and antimony white is 2 g/L, 5 mg/L and 2.5 mg/L respectively,the S/N ratio of the cobalt removal is optimal and the cobalt redissolving ratio is also minimum.
