摘 要:为了有效地防治棕尾别麻蝇Boettcherisca peregrine,从罹病棕尾别麻蝇成虫上新分离出病原菌球孢白僵菌Beau-veria bassiana BBKMZW-1菌株,研究了该菌株菌落生长最适培养基为马铃薯葡萄糖琼胶培养基(PDA),最适温度范围是为20~30℃,最适pH值为7。该菌株对棕尾别麻蝇成虫的毒力测定表明:LC50值随侵染时间的延长呈下降趋势,由第4d的1.41×1014孢子/mL降低到第9d的4.00×105孢子/mL。不同浓度的LT50值随浓度增加而逐渐缩短,由1.07×104孢子/mL的13.70d缩短到1.07×108孢子/mL的5.73d。球孢白僵菌BBKMZW-1菌株是一种对棕尾别麻蝇成虫具有潜在防治作用的病原菌。The purpose of this work was to effectively control Boettcherisca peregrine for sustainable development of pollution-free environment. The strain of Beauveria bassiana BBKMZW-1 was newly isolated from the dead fly, B. peregrine. The colonies of B. bassiana BBKMZW-1 grew fastest on potato dextrose agar medium (PDA) at 20-30℃ and pH 7. The virulence determination results of BBKMZW-1 to the adults of B. peregrine showed that its LC50 was downtrend along with time, from 1.41 × 10^14 conidia/mL at the day 4 to 4. 00 ×10^5 conidia/mL at day 9. And the LT50 was also downtrend along with conidia concentrations, from 13. 70 d at the concentration of 1.07 ×10^4 conidia/mL to 5. 73 d at the concentration of 1.07× 10^8conidia/mL. These results showed that B. bassiana BBKMZW-1 is a patential pathogenic microorganism to control the adults of B. peregrine.
