摘　　要：目的调查和分析目前基层疾控机构文档管理工作现况并提出整改建议。方法对湖北省某中心城市的基层疾控机构实地评估,制定考核标准和考核评分表,对各基层疾控机构考核评定。评估共进行两次。结果第一次评估是发现各基层疾控机构文档管理现况相对较差,文档存放混杂,文档管理思路不正确;两次评估对比显示,第二次评估得分明显高于第一次,基层疾控机构文档管理工作明显改善。结论目前基层疾控机构的文档管理缺乏正确的思路和管理方法,也未引起足够重视。应加强引导培训,促进基层疾控机构的文档管理工作。Objective To investigate the current situation of management of documentationin grass-root CDC and give suggestions. Methods Evaluation standards and scoresheets were established, and assessment of the management of documentations in the grass-root CDC in a central city of Hubei province was performed. Results The first evaluation showed that the operation of documentation work was inferior, many files were in confusion and lack of proper managing ideas; The second evaluation, after a period of 4 months, showed that the management was obviously improved. Conclusion Grass-root CDC needs proper documentationmanaging ideas, and more attention should be paid, especially, training activity should be propmoted.
