摘　　要：介绍了烘箱法冷轧堆染色打小样，确定了大车冷轧堆堆置染色时间为6～12h，水玻璃用量加～60muL，纯碱用量5～15g／L。确定了SNE橙、SNE大红、SNE蓝做三原色。结果表明，用该方法染竹毛棉针织物，色牢度好、手感柔软、悬垂性好，减少了污水、节能降耗、成本显著降低。对染色中存在的问题进行了分析，找出了原因。提出了解决措施。Cold pad-batch dyeing process of oven method is introduced in this paper. It makes sure that the dyeing time of cold pad-batch sets is 6 -12 hours, and use 40 - 60 mL/L Na2SiO3, 5 - 15 g/L NaOH. SNE orange, SNE red and SNE blue are ternary color. The result shows that fastness is good, hand touch is soft, draping is good. It can reduce water pollution, save energy, significantly reduce costs. Then this paper analyses the problems in the process of dyeing and finds out the reasons, and then thinks out the way to solve.
