摘 要:根据测点的脉动压力时程,构造整个流道的脉动压力场,通过三维有限元数值模拟对淮阴三站泵房进行了水力振动时程分析,计算了新型的灯泡贯流泵房的动力响应。和常规无质量地基模型的计算结果作对比,考虑地基辐射阻尼会使泵房的动力响应值最大降低50%左右,地基辐射阻尼对淮阴三站动力响应的影响比较显著。同时,根据相关控制标准,对泵房振动进行评价,为工程抗振设计提供依据。On the basis of the pulsating pressure of the measuring locations, the pulsating pressure field of the whole flow passage is structured. The hydraulic vibration time-history analysis of the pump-house of Huaiyin Sanzhan pumping station was made by using 3D finite element numerical simulation, and then the dynamic response of new bulb tubular pump-house was calculated. Compared with the conventional method of fixed boundary and no weight foundation, the dynamic response would decrease by about 50% in consideration of foundation radiation damping. Thus the influence of foundation radiation damping on the dynamic response of Huaiyin Sanzhan pumping station is relatively obvious. At the same time, the vibration of the pump house was evaluated in accordance with relative control standards, which will provide the basis for the anti-vibration design of project.
