外掺MgO对大体积混凝土温度应力的影响分析

摘  要:采用三维有限元仿真计算程序对混凝土掺MgO和不掺MgO两种方案进行了计算和分析,探讨了大体积混凝土掺MgO后的温度应力分布特点;结果表明,掺MgO后对基础强约束区混凝土温度应力有明显的补偿作用,是简化温控措施和减少温度应力裂缝的有效途径,为进一步研究混凝土掺用MgO筑坝技术提供了重要参考。Two alternatives of concrete with MgO and without MgO were calculated and analyzed by using 3D finite element simulation calculation program and the temperature stress distribution characteristics of mass concrete with MgO were discussed. The resuhs showed that MgO admixture has obvious compensation function on the temperature stress in strong constraint zone of foundation so that it is effective way to simplify temperature control measures and reduce temperature stress cracks, which provides important reference for further studying the dam construction of concrete mixing with MgO.
