摘　　要：炳灵水电站大坝为国内首创的厂顶溢流式混凝土重力坝,施工技术难度大。为确保工程施工质量,根据国家及行业有关规范、规程,制定了混凝土及质量控制网点,进行了原材料及钢材性能检测、拌和系统质量检查,提出了质量控制标准。As a concrete gravity dam of powerhouse roof overflow type which has been firstly adopted in China, the dam of Bingling Hydropower Station is difficult to construcct. In order to guarantee the project quality, we, according to both national and sector regulations and specifications, have establisehd some concrete and related quality control network nodes, carried out raw material performance tests and mixing system quality check, and propsed quality control standards.
