摘  要:炳灵水电站在国内首次采用将水库泄洪明渠修建在发电站中部的厂房溢流布置模式。电站装有5台48MW的灯泡贯流式机组,机组控制系统的设计有一定的特殊性,对炳灵水电站的调速系统的设计和在设计中采用的特殊措施和实践进行阐述,希望能够为类似电站调速系统的选择和设计提供有益的参考。The overflow approach channel of Bingling hydropower station is located on the mid of the powerhouse, which is the first for such arrangement in China. The Station was equipped with five bulb tubular units, each with the installed capacity of 48 MW. There is certain particularity in the design of control system of generating unit. The paper describes the design of the speed governor system of the Bingling hydropower station and the adopted special measures and experience, which would provide beneficial reference for the selection and design of the speed governor system of similar stations.
