摘　　要：针对国有纺织企业超役设备在资产评估中遇到的问题，提出了用模糊综合评判法来对国有资产进行评估．通过实例可见。According to the problem come across during the assets evaluation to antiquated equipment of the state textile enterprises,the article solve it with the method of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation.And it is testified to be effective by the living example.
