摘  要:目的:建立蔬菜、水果中20种有机磷农药多残留毛细管气相色谱分析方法。方法:样品经搅拌成匀浆后,利用乙腈直接萃取,浓缩,再通过HP-5毛细管柱,FPD气相色谱定性和定量。结果:20种有机磷农药分离效果好,在白菜、黄瓜、黄梨中的3个浓度添加水平,回收率为75.6%~113%,RSD为2.8%~17.4%;在HP-5毛细管柱上最低检出限为0.005~0.087mg/kg,保留时间1.813~16.096min之间。结论:方法操作简便快速,准确度和精密度高,成本低,适合蔬菜、水果中有机磷农药多残留检测分析。Objective:To set up a method for determination of 20 organophosphorus pesticide multi -residues in vegetables and fruits by capillary gas chromatography. Methods:The samples were stirred into homogenate, used acetonitrile to extract the residues,then directly concentrated and injected into gas chromatography with HP -5 Column and flame photometric detector (FPD) for qualification and quantification. Results:The pesticides in vegetables and fruits were separated from each other. The fortified recoveries gained of three spiked levels with 20 organophosphorus pesticide were found 75.6% -113% in cabbage, cu- cumber and yellow pear. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2. 8% - 17.4%. The minimum detection limit of the method was 0. 005 -0. 087 mg/kg for HP -5 Column, and the retention time was 1. 813 - 16. 096 min. Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid, good accurate and of high precision and less cost. So it is suitable for the determination of pesticide multi - residues in vegetables and fruits.
