摘  要:目的:建立测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法:通过离子色谱分离NO2-,利用NO2-在酸性介质中氧化亚铁氰化钾为铁氰化钾与鲁米诺-铁氰化钾化学发光反应相偶合,间接测定NO2-。结果:亚硝酸根浓度在5.0×10-4~1.0×10-5g/L范围内与发光强度成良好的线性关系(r=0.9983),检出限(3σ)为5.2×10-6g/L,相对标准偏差为3.0%。样品加标回收率为92.3%~103.0%。结论:方法应用于蔬菜样品中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。Objective:To develop a simple and sensitive method for the determination of trace nitrite. Methods:Determination of NO2^- by the chemiluminescence of luminol and potassium ferrocyanide after separation by ion chromatography, which based on the oxidation of K4 [ Fe(CN) 6 ] to K3 [ Fe(CN) 6 ] by NO2^- in acidic medium. Results :There was good relationship (r = 0. 9983 ) between the CL intensity and the concentration of nitrite in the range of 5 x 10 -4 - 1 x 10 -5 g/L with the relative standard deviation (RSD) 3.0% (n = 11, c = 5 × 10^-5 g/L). And the limit of detection is 5. 2 × 10^-6 g/L. Recoveries of samples are between 92. 3% - 103. 0%. Conclusion:The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in vegetables with satisfactory results.
