急性酒精中毒后血细胞参数的动态变化

摘　　要：目的：探讨急性酒精中毒后不同时段血细胞参数的动态变化。方法：13名无饮酒史的志愿者在大量饮酒后不同时间点抽血，用全自动血细胞分析仪测定细胞参数并将各参数的变化曲线与血液酒精浓度变化曲线进行拟合比对。结果：（1）受试者饮酒后白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞有明显的变化，其中自细胞总数和中性粒细胞在饮酒0．5h开始呈缓慢持续上升，在5—6h达到高峰，24h内不能恢复正常；淋巴细胞和单核细胞及血小板总数在饮酒0．5h内急速上升到最高值，在1．5h后开始下降；嗜酸细胞、嗜碱细胞饮酒前后变化不显著，且无规律性。（2）红细胞相关参数在饮酒前后无明显变化。结论：急性酒精中毒后，血液中白细胞总数和中性粒细胞绝对值会持续增高，这种现象可能会导致机体全身性或局部性的炎性损伤。Objective：To investigate the change of hemocyte parameters in peoples with acute alcoholism. Methods：Thirteen volunteers were subject to drawing blood on schedule after drinking a great quantity alcohol, and hemocyte parameters were measured by automated hematology analyzer. Results：Ten parameters of leukocyte, neutrophil, lymphocyte changed in evidence after drinking, half an hour leukocyte, neutrophil began to raise slowly and sustained, after five to six hours reached a high peak, twenty four hours it could not recover; lymphocyte, monocyte, platelet began to raise quickly and reached tiptop, and one half an hour the parameters began to drop ; ten parameters of eosinophil, basopenia changed a little. Erythrocyte parameters changed not very obviously. Conelusion：Afier acute alcoholism, the absolute value of leukocyte and neutrophil will raise gradually, this phenomenon probably lead to inflammation.
