摘 要:目的:了解卷烟制造行业烟草尘的污染情况,找出烟草尘危害的关键控制点,并提出防护对策。方法:采用现场劳动卫生学调查和作业场所烟草尘监测相结合的方法。结果:场地吹扫作业时各监测点烟草尘短时间接触浓度范围为:检出限-21mg/m^3,中位数为6.6mg/m^3,合格率为40%,最大超标倍数达5.2倍。结论:利用吹扫方式对场地进行清扫可导致烟草尘浓度超标严重,吹扫作业是卷烟制造行业烟草尘危害的关键控制点。建议企业改变清扫方式,以吸尘方式代替气流吹扫方式。Objective:To investigate the pollution distribution of tobacco dust in cigarette manufacturing industries and the critical control point to tobacco dust hazard. Methods:The site labor hygiene was investigated and the concentrations of tobacco dust at workplace were monitored. Results : The concentrations of tobacco dust at a short term exposure ranged from the detection limit to 21 mg/m^3. The median of concentration was 6. 6 mg/m^3 and the qualified rate was 40%. The maximum concentration of tobacco dust was 5.2 times exceeded the standard. Conclusion: Use of the blow - sweep cleaning at workplace could lead to the level of tobacco dust exceed the standard. Suck - sweep cleaning is suggested to replace the blow - sweep cleaning at the cigarette manufacturing workplace.
