摘　　要：在分析细旦改性涤纶性能的基础上，结合梳理理论提出了细旦涤纶半精纺梳毛机针布设计和选配的原理．设计并选配了一套适合于细旦涤纶的梳理针布，取得了良好的生产使用效果．Accerding to the properties of the fine Denier modified polyester and the carding theory,this paper presented the choosing and designing theory of card clothing of semiworsted carding machine for fine Denier modified polyester.In addition to,it designed and chosed a set of card clothing for fine Denier polyester.
