摘 要:采用蒸汽-水体系,在转子转速为400~1400 r·min-1、水流量为0.1~0.5 m3·h-1、蒸汽充足的实验条件下,研究了定-转子反应器(RSR)的传热特性,初步考察了操作参数对RSR液体分布的影响。实验结果表明:总传热系数随着转速的升高而增大,随着液量的增加而增大但增幅减小。小流量(0.1~0.3 m3·h-1)与低转速(400 r·min-1)时,温升不均,表明液体分布不均。最后采用因次分析法推导出定-转子反应器总传热系数关联式,且进行了统计检验,所得关联式与实验数据拟合较好。Under the operation conditions of rotating speed from 400 to 1400 r · min^-1 , liquid flow rate from 0.1 to 0.5 m^3·h^-1 and sufficient steam, the heat transfer characteristics of a rotor-stator-reactor (RSR) and the distribution of liquid were studied via water and water vapor. The heat transfer coefficient increased with the increase of rotating speed and liquid flow rate. But the slope of increase reduced with the increase of liquid flow rate. At a small liquid flow rate of 0.1-0.3 m^3·h^-1 and a low-rotating speed of 400 r · min^-1 the temperature rise was non-uniform and the liquid distribution was uneven. Finally an empirical correlation of the heat transfer coefficient was derived through dimensional analysis. The statistical tests showed that the results predicted by the correlation equation were in good agreement with the experimental data.
