摘　　要：生长素在侧根发育过程中发挥着十分重要的作用。主要综述了生长素含量、极性运输和信号传导在侧根原基起始、发展、出现和顶端分生组织活化以及形成侧根的伸长方面所发挥的作用。为在农业生产上调控根系发育提供参考依据。Auxin plays an important role in the lateral root development. This paper mainly summarizes roles of auxin content, polar trasportation and signalling in initiation, development, emergence of lateral root primordia, in meristem activation and elongation of formed lateral roots. It provides some references for regulation of root development in agricultural production.
