摘 要:通过培养、分离,得到了对苯系化合物5-磺基水杨酸有降解能力的三种微生物菌株CH、B、F,并对菌株F的生长曲线和降解能力做了初步的研究。结果表明菌株F在20 mmol/L的5-磺基水杨酸存在的条件下生长较快。通过高效液相色谱(HPLC)对残留的5-磺基水杨酸进行了测定,所得降解曲线结果表明,菌株F在2~4天内的降解能力最强。对菌株F的革兰氏染色研究表明,菌株F为约20μm的革兰氏阳性细菌。Strains CH, B, F, which have biodegradability against 5-sulfosalicylic acid, were screened respectively. Growth conditions and biodegradab indicated that strain F showed better growth mmoL/l of 5-sulfosalicylic acid. The results s than ility of these strains were investigated. The growing curve the strain CH and strain B in a liquid medium containing 20 uggested that strain F gained the highest degrading ability from 48 h to 96 h by measuring the residual 5-sulfosalicylic acid in the cultivation medium via high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The result of gram-stain showed that strain F was gram-positive with an average size of about 20 μm.
