贮存方式对树脂切割砂轮性能的影响

摘　　要：为解决树脂切割砂轮的性能随着时间的推移,主要受到外界环境如温度、湿度等因素影响而降低的问题,进行了收缩膜塑封、玻璃干燥器(内置硅胶)密闭装和常规贮存方式(塑料袋加一包干燥剂封口)对16寸大切片和4寸小切片性能的影响试验。结果表明:三种贮存方式下,切片性能的减弱程度是:收缩膜封装>塑料袋+干燥剂封装>玻璃干燥器装。In order to find a solution to the reduction of cutting wheel＇s performance, the effects of temperature, humidity with time losing and storage means such as contraction membrane seal, glass desiccator with silica gel seal and conventional mean （plastic bag with desiccant） on 16＂and 4＂cutting wheel quality were studied. The results showed that the reduction extent of cutting wheel＇s performance was contraction membrane seal〉 plastic bag with desiccant seal〉 glass desiccator under the three storage means.
