摘 要:采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR)处理养猪场废水,通过实验研究了COD去除率与进水浓度、曝气时间、沉淀时间、污泥浓度的变化规律,当进水COD浓度为2600 mg/L时,最佳曝气时间为6 h,沉淀时间60 min,污泥浓度为2500 mg/L时,COD去除率达到93%;进水COD浓度在2000mg/L~4500 mg/L时,SBR均能稳定运行。By the use of sequence batch reactor (SBR) to deal with wastewater from pig farms, through the experimental study of the cjamhging law for COD removal rate, the concentration of water, the time of aeration and sedimentation, plus sludge concentration changes were studied. When the water concentration of COD was 2600 mg/L, the best time for aeration was 6 h, precipitation time was 60 min and sludge concentration was 2500 mg/L, COD removal rate reached 93 %. And when COD concentration in the water was 2000 mg/L - 4500 mg/L, SBR was in a stable operation.
