摘　　要：阐述了高淀粉中秆耐密高粱育种研究的新理念、新方法及育种特点和效果;指出中矮秆耐密高粱杂交种的选育是高粱超高产的必由之路,高淀粉高粱杂交种的培育是酿酒红高粱畅销的必经途径;提出了进一步改良株型、保持和提高杂种优势水平,方能取得更大的成绩。This article elaborated the new idea of high-starched middle-sized density-bearing stalk sorghum breeding, the new method, the breeding characteristic and the effect. It pointed out the short stalk density-bearing sorghum hybrid breeding is the high-yield way, the high starch sorghum hybrid＇s cultivation is the key to the claret-red sorghum liquor-making industry. So further improvement in plants type, heterocyst level maintaining can obtain a bigger achievement.
