摘　　要：浙江省竞技体育训练体制改革以"育人创佳绩"为指导思想,通过"教学、训练、科研"三位一体;"全省竞技体育一、二、三线一条龙管理的三位一体";"竞技体育系、运动项目管理中心、单项体育协会三位一体"的方式来深入进行,探索一条具有浙江特色的训练体制院校化改革的道路。Athletics sport training management system reform in Zhejiang is guided by the thinking of ＂education for better performance＂. It is promoted by integration of teaching, training and research, integration of three echelons in one management system, and integration of athletics sport department, sport administration center, and sport association. A way of training system reform in college with Zhejiang character is explored.
