摘  要:采用自制活性炭填充的三维电极反应器,对苯酚电化学降解过程中槽电压、电解时间、初始pH、粒子电极大小、辅助电解质浓度等主要影响因素进行了研究,得出了这些主要影响因素与苯酚去除率之间的关系。实验表明,在槽电压6V、不调节pH、粒子电极粒径为2.360~4.750mm、氯化钠浓度1g/L、进水浓度500mg/L的情况下,电解60min,苯酚去除率高达80%以上。并且苯酚在三维电极反应器内的降解反应符合一级反应动力学模型,反应速率常数为0.0220min-1。Active carbon as filler materials, phenol solution as simulative wastewater, study on the influences of applied voltage, electrolysis time, initial pH, granule size of particles, electrolyte concentration on the removal rate of phenol were carried out, and the influence tendences were obtained. It indicated that, the removal rate of phenol was over 80% , when the applied voltage was 6V, original pH, granule size of active carbon was 2. 360 ~ 4.750mm, concentration of NaCI was 1g/L, concentration of phenol was 500mg/L, the electrolysis time was 60 min. And the removal of phenol accorded with the first order reaction kinetics equation, with the reaction velocity constant was 0.0220 min^-1.
