摘 要:通过大田试验研究了植物生长调节剂对延边地区不同基因型烤烟化学成分的影响。结果表明,植物生长调节剂对不同基因型烤烟化学成分影响不同,喷施植物生长调节剂可增加吉烟9号烟叶烟碱、总糖、还原糖、氯、钾含量,降低钾氯比;降低云烟87烟叶烟碱、总糖、还原糖、钾、氯含量,提高钾氯比;两基因型烟叶氮碱比有所提高,糖碱比下降。综合比较,云烟87表现好于吉烟9号,即云烟87品种打顶当天喷施植物生长调节剂可抑制糖分过量积累,有效改善了氮碱比、糖碱比和钾氯比,使各化学成分趋于协调,进而提高其工业可用性。The effects of plant growth regulator on chemical compound of different genotypes flue-curedt obacco in Yanbian area were studied by field experiments.The results showed that chemical compoundsc ontents effected differently by distinct genotypes of sprayed plant growth regulator,it can decrease nicotine,t otal sugar,reduce sugar,potassium,chlorine content of jiyan NO.9 tobacco leaves,and increase K/Cl.C ompared with jiyan NO.9,Yunyan87 tobacco leaves the above indexes were showed oppositely.In addition,itc an also increase the ratio of nitrogen and nicotine,decrease the ratio of total sugar and nicotine of these twog enotypes tobacco leaves.Above all,Yunyan87is better than jiyan NO.9,in other words,sprayed plant growthr egulator to Yunyan87 tobacco leaves on topping day can control sugar accumulation excessively,improve ther atio of nitrogen and nicotine,the ratio of total sugar and nicotine and K/Cl,make chemical compoundsh armony,and then increase industrial usability.
