摘  要:针对煤矿矿区缺水、矿井水综合处理利用率低及处理成本高的现状,选取混凝法对矿井水进行处理。用正交试验的方法考察了混凝剂种类、投加量、絮凝时间和pH值对处理水浊度、色度和COD_(Cr)的影响,并对试验得出的最佳条件进行了添加助凝剂(PAM)的研究。结果表明,混凝剂种类对浊度和色度的去除影响差异极显著(p<0.01),是影响煤矿矿井水浊度和色度去除效果的主要因素,5种混凝剂(聚合硫酸铁、聚合氯化铝、三氯化铁、氧化钙、粉煤灰)中,聚合氯化铝去除浊度和色度的效果最好,氧化钙效果最差;聚合氯化铝(PAC)的投加量为20 mg/L时,在pH值为7.93(原水pH值),絮凝时间为15 min的条件下,处理后水的浊度、色度和COD_(Cr)分别为5.2 NTU、1倍和7.56 mg/L,去除率分别达97.28%、98.44%和96.35%;添加助凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)不如单独用聚合氯化铝(PAC)对煤矿矿井水的处理效果好。In view of the unsatisfactory situation of the coagulation treatment of the eoalmine drainage, this paper is aimed at introducing our research resuhs on how to improve the treatment process and its efficiency. To be sure, we have studied the effect of the type and dosage of coagulant, floceulation time and pH value on the turbidity, chroma and CODCr of the mine water treated by using the orthogonal design. Furthermore, the optimal condition of the necessary experiments has also been worked out on the coagulant aid addition. The results of our experiments have shown that the effect of the type of coagulant on the removal of turbidity and chroma proves extremely significant (p 〈 0.01 ), which is the dominant influential factor to the removal of turbidity and ehroma. Among the five coagulants (polymeric ferric sulfate, polymeric aluminum chloride, ferric chloride, calcium oxide,fly ash), polymeric aluminum chloride gives the best result of removing turbidity and chroma. However, the result of Polymeric Ferric Sulfate and ferric chloride proves worse whereas calcium oxide turns the worst. Considering the comprehensive benefits in the industrial production, the ehroma, the turbidity and CODCr of the coal mine water treated is 5.2 NTU, 1 time and 7.56 mg/L, respectively, with the removal rate being 97.28%, 98.44%, 96.35% in turn on the condition that PAC dosage is 20 mg/L with the floeculation time being 15 min and the pH = 7.93.Thus, it can be concluded that the treating effect of adding PAM and PAC simultaneously doesn' t tend to be better than merely adding PAC to the raw water.
