摘 要:通过对宝鸡市水资源现状和各行业水资源利用情况的分析得出,该市地表水含沙量高、水质污染严重。地下水开采过度,导致水资源严重短缺。同时,结合宝鸡市需水量发展趋势和城市供水发展规划,预测2010年和2020年宝鸡城市需水量分别为82.84×10~4 m^3/d和133.41×10~4 m^3/d;并对水资源供需问题作了详细分析,指出2010年和2020年宝鸡城市短缺水量为10.84×10~4 m^3/d和61.41×10~4 m^3/d。最后,针对水资源利用现状存在的问题,提出了适合宝鸡城市用水可持续发展的保障对策,即再生水回用、节水、开发外调水资源以及水资源管理等。In this article we have done a very careful analysis on the present state of the water resources and the ways of their application in the city of Baoji. The result shows that Baoji is a water depleted region. And, to some extent, it is seriously short of water, with its annual water consumption increasing, surface water resources degrading and groundwater fluctuating from year to year, though it can be basically kept balance for the time being. Statistically speaking, the amount of water supply was 6.85 × 10^8 m^3 in 2000, of which groundwater was 50.8 %. The gross surface water and groundwater exploration quantity each accounts for about 50% of the total deposit. Water consumption of industry present the trend of rising, and its quota increased obviously, maximum quota was 18.5%. Instead, water consumption of agriculture was decreasing, and its amounts reduced 6.0 ×10^8 m^3, whose decreasing amplitude equivalent to the increase of industry. There was a slowdown in water consumption for life, but its quota fluctuated less and the total kept around 17%. Thus, it can be said that the sediment concentration of surface water is high, and with the water pollution ever being more and more severe and groundwater exploration being tapped excessively, it has become ever more imperative to develop efficient waste water recycling project, but now water pollution treatment facilities and installations lag far behind the economic development. Such an unpleasant situation has led to the shortage of water resources and ecological environment balance of the city. Thus, it can be predicted that the water demand in 2010 and 2020 should be 82.84 × 10^4 m^3/d and 133.41 ×10^4 m^3/d in all with the development trend of water consumption need for the time being. To make up for the gap, it has to be pointed out that 10.84 × 10^4 m^3/d and 61.41 × 10^4 m^3/d of water resources is needed to satisfy the supply and demand in 2010 and 2020.
