摘  要:针对引滦入津工程水库水质污染问题,根据国家地表水环境质量标准选取高锰酸盐指数、溶解氧、氨氮、总氮、总磷5个水质指标,采用模糊数学方法对2005年引滦沿线于桥水库和尔王庄水库水质进行综合评价。结果表明,于桥水库总体水质为Ⅳ类,尔王庄水库为Ⅱ类,即尔王庄水库水质总体上优于于桥水库。采用模糊数学法进行水库水质综合评价时,既突出了污染较严重的水质指标,又反映了水库水质的整体水平,可为保障引滦输水水质安全提供科学依据。The present paper is aimed to introduce a new method in assessing water quality of the reservoirs. As is known, water quality index is usually taken as a rule for assessing water quality. However, it often fails to reflect the true situation of water quality objectively and comprehensively. Therefore, we have been trying to use fuzzy mathematics, or to take fuzzy mathematical concepts as water quality indexes. According to fuzzy mathematics theory, the water quality of a reservoir should be made up of some indexes, by such indexes, as the quantizing standard and weight calculation function, etc. In accordance with the national water quality-controlling standard (GB 3838-2002) and the measured water quality data of Yuqiao Reservoir and Erwangzhuang Reservoir along the line of Luan River-Tianjin water diversion project in 2005, we adopted our fuzzy math-simulated comprehensive evaluation model to test the water quality indexes including CODM,, DO, NH3 - N, TN and TP by taking the comprehensive evaluation set of B1 = (0.179 0.150 0.174 0.497 0) in Yuqiao Reservoir and B2 = (0.249 0.503 0.248 0 0) in Erwangzhuang Reservoir. The result of the water quality evaluation with Yuqiao Reservoir is Ⅳ and Ⅱ with that of Erwangzhuang Reservoir. The result of our evaluation indicates that water quality of Erwangzhuang Reservoir proves better than that in Yuqiao Reservoir with TN and TP taken as the most import water quality indexes. The content of TN serves as chief influential factor for the status of water quality in both reservoirs. The pollutant load of TN can surely be controlled in Yuqiao Reservoir. As compared with the commonly adopted "one single index evaluation method", the comprehensive fuzzy method we suggested is much more effective and quantitative. It not only reflects the whole status of water quality but also highlights the severely polluted index. Therefore, it can serve as a scientific basis for securing water quality of Luan River-Tianjin Water diversion project.
