摘　　要：从1978年婚姻法的修改和制定被提上立法议程,到2008年,伴随着我国改革开放进程的加快与婚姻家庭观念与制度的革新,我国婚姻法已经走过了30年的岁月。30年来,婚姻家庭的立法理念从强调管制发展为尊重私权,注重保护公民的自由和自治权利,注重保障弱势一方和未成年子女的利益,强化法律救济和社会救助,我国婚姻法完成了从简单粗糙到制度化、体系化的华丽转身,加快了从形式平等到实质平等的变革。From the amendment and draft of marriage law being raised in 1978 to 2008, the acceleration of reform and opening up and the innovation of marriage law and institution, the marriage law has been put into force over 30 years. For 30 years, the legislation of marriage developed from stressing management to respecting private rights. It attached importance to protect citizen＇s freedom and self-government right, to safeguard the interests of the weaker and the minors, and to strengthen the legal service and social relief. The marriage law has evolved from simple to systematic, quickening the innovation from formal equality to substantive equality.
