山东省竞技体操后备人才培养研究

摘　　要：采用文献查阅、实地调研、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,首次将竞技体操后备人才的培养归纳为一个整体,以选材、育才、成才三个培养环节为主线对现状进行调查与分析。研究得出,山东省竞技体操后备人才的培养存在以下问题:1)选材时机不恰当,选材带有盲目性,选材仪器设备落后;2)训练缺乏宏观指导和长远规划,训练目标不够统一,训练手段落后,运动员训练动机多为外部动机;3)基层比赛的次数较少、级别较低,竞赛过程的监管不严,竞赛成绩的地区差异较大;4)输送率总体偏低,各地市之间差距明显。Through using the method of literature review, investigation at site, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper induces the cultivation on reserve talents for competitive gymnastics to the all and the one for the first time, researches on present situation in Shandong province according to the three training links of selecting, cultivating and output for masterstroke. The result shows that the cultivation on reserve talents for competitive gymnastics in Shandong province are as follows： 1） the moment of talent identification is improper with unbridled selecting and backward in instrurnent; 2） lack of overall direction and long-term plan in training, training aim inconformity, backward in training method, the athlete＇ s motivation is external in majority; 3） the less quantitative and inferior level of grass root＇s matches, the relaxed supervise in course of the match ; 4） the lower transportation percentage, the visible diversity among the regions.
