摘　　要：探寻敏捷动员机制,提高国民经济动员的敏捷性,是当前国民经济动员理论研究的重要任务。宁波市国民经济动员办公室在国民经济动员实践中探索出了"经动牵头、行业为主、预案先行、资源整合"的"宁波模式",这是敏捷动员模式的一个实践雏形,必将对促进我国的国民经济动员工作发挥重要作用。The exploration of an agile mobilization mode and the improvement of the agility of the national economy mobilization are important tasks, of theoretical research on national economy mobilization. National Economy Mobilization Office in Ningbo has developed a ＂Ningbo mode＂ out of practice, which incorporates the principles of ＂economy taking the lead, industry-oriented, planning ahead, resource integration＂. This is an embryonic form of a practical mode, which is bound to promote China＇s national economy mobilization work.
