试论学报质量与编辑的素养

摘　　要：学报的质量分为文章的质量、文字编校的质量和版式设计、印刷装订质量等。实现学报的学术文章的质量要求,提升学报编校的质量水准,改善学报印刷装订质量,都涉及到学报的编辑人员,与编辑的素养息息相关。学报编辑需要具备对学术文章质量优劣的识别能力,敏感的文字编校能力和对版式设计、印制质量的鉴别能力。这些能力需要编辑平素不断修养才能得以不断提高的素养之工。编辑素养的提高是学报质量提升的重要前提因素。The quality of a journal can be judged aecording to the value of its articles, the level of its editing and designing, and the standard of its printing and binding. The realization of those criteria and the improvement of a journal are intricately related to the overall qualifications of its editors. A competent editor should have the ability to distinguish high-value articles from low-value ones, and also possess sensitive editorial capacities, and excellent evaluative skins for design and print. Those abilities can only be achieved and enhanced through conscientious cultivation, which are indispensable prerequisites for the improvement of a journal＇s quality.
