摘　　要：对水泥机械化立窑生产过程进行了分析,提出了防止机立窑喷窑事故发生的控制参数,并详细介绍了微机控制喷窑报警系统的软、硬件结构。This Paper deals with the analysis of the production process for mechanized cement kiln.In or- der to prevent the kiln spray accident,the control parameters was investigated.The details of the software and hardware structure for the computer control kiln spray accident alarm system are explained.
