摘  要:凸缘联接系统作为一种方便的可拆卸连接,在现代化工、航空航天等领域应用非常广泛。这种连接结构不仅要求各连接元件在预紧和操作情况下不发生强度破坏,同时还要求满足一定的密封性能,对其受力-变形进行分析是强度和密封性能研究的基础。应用弹性理论将垫片、螺栓和凸缘环作为一个整体,分别在预紧和操作情况下,考虑外载荷作用及凸缘环旋转所引起的螺栓力、垫片力、螺栓变形和垫片变形的变化,对凸缘联接系统受力-变形进行详细分析。从算例的计算结果和文献的试验结果可以看出,工程上常用的等效压力法太保守,算例的计算结果与文献的试验趋势一致,表明提出的凸缘联接系统在外载荷作用下受力-变形的分析方法是可行的。The flanged connection system is widely used in the fields of modem chemical industry, aeronautics and aerospace. Its structure strength and sealing performance must be guaranteed in pretightening and operating conditions, and the analysis of load-deformation relationship is the basis of studying its structure strength and sealing performance. Its load-deformation relationships in pretightening and operating conditions are investigated by applying elastic theory, in which the flanged system is regarded as integer, in the same time, the effects of rotation of flange ring on bolt force, gasket force, bolt deform ation and gasket deformation are considered when the flange system is subjected to inner pressure and external bending loads. The results of calculation and experiment indicate that the equivalent pressure method is too conservative, and the presented anal ysis method is feasible.
